Urbanist Architecture is looking for Part 2 assistants/Part 3 architects to join its team in London, UK.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented Part 2 assistants and Part 3 architects to join our growing practice in Greenwich, London.

This incredible opportunity allows you to be part of a team of talented and ambitious architects, designers and town planners, contributing to the delivery of exceptional design solutions for a wide range of projects, including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes.

We look forward to receiving applications from candidates who possess the following qualities:

Part 2 architectural assistants:

• RIBA Part 2 qualified with at least two years of UK residential design experience
• proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit
• good understanding of town planning processes
• strong command of visual communication techniques to create engaging architectural presentations

Part 3 architects:

• ARB registered with at least three years of UK residential design experience
• proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit
• comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and NBS specifications
• experience in preparing tender and construction drawings and liaising with consultants throughout RIBA Stages 4 to 5
