Part 2 architectural assistant

Studio Three is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London, UK.
Studio Three is a design-driven architectural studio that works on bespoke high-end residential projects in prime areas of London. The busy and growing team is comprised of six staff and is looking to hire a talented Part 2 architectural assistant to help deliver projects of the highest calibre.
The studio is based in Fitzrovia, within 10 minutes walk from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Euston stations.
Skills and attributes:
- exceptional design and communication skills
- experience in developing technical design drawings
- experience in the UK residential sector and RIBA work stages
- knowledge of UK planning legislation
- enthusiasm, ideas and ability to take on high levels of responsibility
- proficient in CAD software (Microstation preferred)
- proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- confirmation of right to work in the UK
