BHB Architects is hiring a project architect to join its team in Cheltenham, UK.
BHB Architects is looking for talented, creative, and experienced individuals to join our Cheltenham office, undertaking a long-term role working as part of a team within the residential sector, across all RIBA Stages.
Experience and skills required include:
- excellent design skills, which can be demonstrated through your portfolio
- strong presentation and communication skills using a variety of media
- minimum of five years of post-qualification experience with a good understating of statutory and regulatory requirements
- previous residential experience preferred
- great organisational and problem-solving skills. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency preferable
- ability to lead new projects from concept to completion
- job running experience
- self-motivated, equally capable of working independently or collaboratively with the team, giving support to more junior members of staff
- great commitment
