Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios is looking for a group coordinator to join its team in London.

Our group coordinators provide first class support to our studio leaders, partners, associates, project architects and their associated project teams, to enable them to run efficient and well-organised projects, which involves project coordination and document control.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external project meetings, coordinating design and project reviews and supporting regular audits by ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date and providing document control to all group projects.

Other core responsibilities will include:

  • preparation and maintenance of contacts for each project via Newforma, including liaising with studio leader/partner to identify VIPs
  • aiding project architects in completing CDM questionnaires and risk assessments
  • assisting group members with all project tasking and stage outputs, including preparing presentations, stage reports, design and access statements and planning applications
  • assisting the communications team in the maintenance of the practice’s image library, including liaising with project architects to select visuals/photographs for upload
  • carry out any further ad hoc tasks such as working alongside HR in the smooth running of any work experience placements and the coordination of group member’s annual reviews

About you – key requirements:

  • highly organised! You will thrive off making sure everything runs smoothly and be happy juggling a few plates from time to time (not literally)
  • great team player who is happy to talk to everyone across different seniority levels
  • excellent prioritisation skills (comes in handy when juggling those plates). It would be a big plus if you have come from a similar architectural work environment
  • You will also have great experience working with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday, with one hour for lunch unpaid. Hybrid working 3 days in the office/2 days WFH.
