N4 Architecture is hiring an architect to join its team in London.
N4 Architecture is looking for a skilled architect or technician that can deliver from planning to technical construction packages. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities:
- create concept design drawings for planning purposes
- create technical detail drawings for construction purposes
- check compliance of all drawings in relation to regulations
- collaborate with the design team, contractors and manufacturers
Skills:
- excellent Microstation skills
- proficiency in written and spoken English
- knowledge of RIBA Stages
- experience in construction/site process
- strong organisational, creative and presentation skills
- motivation and confidence to problem solve
Details
This part-time position is for:
- two days a week
- with a probation period of three months
- working from N4 Architecture’s offices
