Mid-weight interior designer
at A-nrd Studio
A-nrd studio is seeking for freelance mid-weight interior designers to join its team in London.
Founded in 2015, A-nrd studio is an East London-based practice specialising in interior and furniture design, creating effortless spaces that feel intimate and familiar. Some of the latest projects include Birch (Selsdon) hotel, Milkbeach and KOL.
The tight-knit team is busy at the moment with many ongoing projects. You will work on exciting new projects in the hospitality industry and join on a freelance contract basis with the ability to work remotely depending on the design stage/deliverables.
Requirements for this position:
- ability to work on every aspect of the design process, from concept development to technical drawings, including FF&E sourcing, development of bespoke joinery and supplier/contractor liaisons
- great visual and verbal communication skills
- competency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign
- ability to produce 3D visualisations with Cinema 4D or Rhino
- great understanding of detailing construction drawings
- hospitality design experience and knowledge of industry standards
- currently living in London and permitted to work here
