Gresford Architects is offering a Part 2 placement at its new London studio.
Part 2 placement – start date Monday 4 March
Gresford Architects are a friendly, growing office based in London with a passion for beautiful, contemporary design and sustainable building (especially Passivhaus).
We are currently looking for motivated Part 2 with good detailing, design skills and an interest and knowledge of green technologies. Experience of working on domestic projects in London/UK is essential. The right candidate will have the opportunity to assist with the running of projects, mostly in London and the surrounding area.
Essential skills or experience:
- AutoCAD
- an understanding of preparing and submitting planning applications
- knowledge of building regulations
- good detailing skills
- experience of assisting with the running of domestic projects
Desirable skills or experience:
- SketchUp
- InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- an understanding of ‘green’ technologies, especially Passivhaus
- modelmaking
