Architect/architectural assistant
at LOUD Architects
LOUD Architects is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 architectural assistant or an experienced architect to join its team in London.
Essential skills for the Part 2 role:
- minimum of one year experience in a UK architectural office
- have a clear passion for interior design and interior details
- working knowledge and experience of Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- exceptional aptitude for managing busy workloads efficiently and effectively
- eagerness to learn and progress their career
- open to working remotely some of the week
- we are offering this role for three days only
Essential skills for the architect role:
- minimum of three years experience in a UK architectural office using Vectorworks in practice is essential. Please do not apply without Vectorworks
- excellent eye for detail and enjoy detailing packages of drawings
- exceptional aptitude for managing busy workloads efficiently and effectively
- proven knowledge of current UK building regulations and UK planning policy
- proven experience of all RIBA stages including high-end residential tender packages and tender negotiations
- contract administration experience
- open to working remotely some or all of the week, this is a flexible cover role with an opportunity to stay on
- eligible to work in the UK, ideally London-based, although this is not a deal breaker
