Nett Assets is hiring an architectural technician to join its team in Rickmansworth, UK.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an architectural technician to join our busy, vibrant, friendly team in Rickmansworth, working on residential schemes from extensions to new builds through to small commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects and work stages from scheme and planning to technical drawings. Our projects are extremely varied working on residential extensions, through to commercial and housing developments.
This position is perfect for someone that works well within a team but also can prioritise and manage their work to a schedule independently. We are dedicated to creating and maintaining a workplace where we want to be and work continuously at becoming better at what we do.
Requirements for the role:
- proficient in AutoCAD LT
- highly motivated and have an attention to detail
- familiar with the current building regulations and with a good understanding of construction
- project management or contract administration skills would be advantageous
Important information:
- 37.5 hours per week: 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday throughout the calendar year, with 30 minutes lunch break each day
- hybrid working
- holiday: 30 days (including bank holidays) annual leave
- salary: negotiable dependant on experience
- statutory pension provided via Nest (age dependant)
