Clover Studio has freelance opportunities for Part 2 or Part 3 architects to join its team in London, Bristol or remotely in the UK.
Clover Studio has an exciting opportunity for an experienced project architect or experienced architectural designer/Part 2 to join our team for an international project with a mixed-use programme of museum, event space, co-working, retail, dining and indoor and outdoor sports.
As well as this unique project, Clover Studio has a growing portfolio in the UK and internationally of high-quality residential projects, hotels and mixed-use. The applicant needs to be adaptable to working across a range of project types and all RIBA stages.
The candidate will join the studio at an exciting time of growth, with the opportunity to contribute significantly beyond the immediate role, to the creativity, future direction and development of the practice and to be rewarded and recognised accordingly.
Applicants should have the following attributes:
- good communication and organisation skills
- ability to work in an autonomous manner
- experience in delivering high quality concept and competition format documents
- strong sketching and design development skills in 2D and 3D
- experience in rendering process and managing visualiser teams
- a flexible and proactive approach to working as part of a dynamic team
- experience in producing and delivering high quality stage 4 drawings
- experience in running large scale mixed use projects from inception to completion
- experience in master planning projects
- proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suites
