Marketing manager – North America

Boss Design is hiring a marketing manager to join its team in the West Midlands, UK.
Boss Design is a global furniture manufacturer working across multiple sectors with an unwavering commitment to service, quality and sustainable design. We work with architects, designers, dealers and corporate end users to provide high-quality environments.
We are looking for someone to provide marketing support for the North American territory while based in the UK.
What you will be doing:
- working in the UK marketing team to develop and deliver the marketing strategy
- execute marketing activity that is strategically aligned and localised
- working on brand, on time, on budget
- meeting business needs to drive revenue growth and gain competitive advantage
- manage marketing activities with a network of suppliers to deliver the agreed regional marketing objectives
- develop regional expertise and knowledge, specifically in strategically prioritised cities and regions
- report on campaign activities
Specific responsibilities:
- activate content across social media and third-party web platforms
- manage PR and advertising, working to an agreed budget and plan
- manage and maintain the relevant elements of the marketing calendar, ensuring the North American team is engaged and informed
- work closely with the global and North American team to develop and implement highly relevant content and support prioritised markets
- liaise with colleagues in the wider marketing team to leverage assets and tools being centrally developed to represent the region’s needs so they are localised and edited where needed
- maintain and expand market knowledge
- provide support to the wider sales team when required
- support regional activities and events across North America

Preferred:

- experience in B2B marketing
- has an understanding of architecture and design marketplace and customer base

Qualifications:
- degree level or equivalent
- marketing experience three years minimum
- experience as a marketing executive within a global organisation
- able to travel
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
