LTS Architects is seeking an architect to join its team in London.
LTS Architects are an award winning studio of designers based in Bermondsey. The practice has a diverse body of projects, and is currently working on a varied sector portfolio including higher education, cultural and civic, social housing and private residential work. It’s an exciting time to be part of our team of designers who are looking for a talented architect to join our studio.
The right candidate will have the following combination of skills and experience:
- three+ years in practice post qualification
- ability to lead on projects through all RIBA Stages 0 – 7
- a good knowledge of technical detailing and experience in delivering tender and construction packages along with site based problem solving experience
- good presentation and client facing communication skills
- excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit would be highly advantageous
- graphical representation skills and knowledge of graphics software, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is considered essential
- knowledge of Rhino and Sketchup an advantage
Candidates should be highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills in addition to a design focus, an eye for detail and a desire to develop their role within the practice.
