There is an opportunity for an architect/architectural technician at reForm Architects in London remotely.
reForm Architects is an award-winning architectural practice with a diverse and exciting range of projects and a growing workload. We are based near Elephant and offer a friendly, design-led studio environment where lateral thinking and creativity are valued. We are a small practice and work on a varied portfolio of projects of all sizes, sectors, and stages.
We have several new and exciting projects and are looking for talented individuals to help with a surge in workload. It would be a great opportunity for somebody interested in flexible freelance work and looking to expand their professional network.
There are two projects which we are currently looking to cover:
- Residential/Industrial Masterplan RIBA stage 3
- Office/Educational/Industrial Masterplan RIBA stage 4
Skills and attributes:
- architect/architectural technician with a minimum of five years’ experience working in the UK
- experience in housing project conditions discharge and/or construction detailing and technical design
- confident and able to take on responsibility
- exceptional skills in design and communication
- great understanding of current planning guidelines and UK building regulations
- good knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written)
- we use Microstation 2D, SketchUp and Adobe CS skills
You will be working on a freelance basis with flexible hours and location, with the ability to work from our Central London office if you wish to do so.
