Naga Architects is seeking a senior project manager for airport development to join its team in Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your architectural background with project management skills, playing a pivotal role in shaping a critical piece of infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• lead the overall project management of the new airport development, ensuring it meets all budget, schedule, and quality objectives
• oversee the design team, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other consultants to create a functional, efficient and aesthetically pleasing airport facility
• manage all project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules and risk assessments
• facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, regulatory agencies and airlines
• proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and aviation industry standards

Qualifications:

• minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably within the architecture or construction industry
• strong architectural background with a proven understanding of design principles and construction practices; a registered architect license is a plus
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• proficiency in design and architecture software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
• understanding of relevant building codes and aviation industry standards (a plus)
• bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field (required); master’s degree in construction management or a related field (a plus)
