Sybarite is currently looking for Mandarin-speaking architects to join its London team.
Sybarite are a London-based architectural studio specialising in luxury retail and hospitality across the globe. The practice prides itself on a culture that embraces collaboration, creativity and innovation to provide its clients with the very best solution.
We are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking architects:
- Part 1 architectural assistant £23,600 + (junior designer)
- Part 2 architectural assistant £27,000 + (designer)
- Part 3 architect (one-two years experience) £33,000 + (architect)
- Part 3 Architect (three-five years experience) £40,000+ (architect)
- Part 3 Architect (6-10 years experience) £50,000 + (senior architect)
Normal working hours: 42.5 per week
Requirements:
- highly motivated and creative architects with a passion for creating innovative, high quality designs
- strong understanding of retail detail and material specification
- high level of linguistic dexterity
Responsibilities:
- work as part of a team or independently depending on allocated project
- manage your time to ensure design deliverables are met at all project stages
- work on projects of varying scales and across multiple projects
- coordinate with subcontractors where necessary
- material and specifications selection for allocated projects
- production of design, drawing packages and visuals for allocated projects
Skills/qualifications
- fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken (essential)
- relevant qualifications
- advanced level skills in AutoCAD and Rhino
- strong sketching ability
- ability to work to tight deadlines
