Part 2/3 architect

Greig and Stephenson Architects is looking for an experienced Part 2 assistant/recently qualified Part 3 architect to join its practice in London.
We work across a number of sectors, however our particular specialism is in market design.

Key skills required:
- RIBA Part 2/3 with a minimum of two years previous office experience
- confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and project consultants
- an in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software packages (SketchUp a prerequisite)
- excellent design and spatial planning skills
- time management skills and highly organised working methods able to prioritise challenging deadlines and work independently on own initiative, whilst also able to take instruction
- excellent written and spoken English
- a sophisticated eye for design, regarding composition, materials and colour
- experience of interior projects will also be deemed favourable
Salary will be determined by a candidate’s individual experience.
