Craft Architects is looking for a Part 3 project architect to join its London team.
We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic architect to join our growing practice.

Job description, skills and experience:
- minimum three years work experience post Part 3
- a diverse portfolio with experience in small to medium sized residential projects, and able to demonstrate experience through all of the RIBA work stages
- able to demonstrate a strong design awareness and inspire your clients with confidence in your work
- possess leadership qualities, able to line manage a small team reporting directly into the directors and manage contractors well
- fully fluent in both spoken and written English and an excellent communicator
- excellent CAD skills (AutoCAD LT), and be able to use Photoshop and InDesign
- able to work accurately and in a timely nature, be well organised and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- a good knowledge of the UK building regulations is a must
