Interior designer

Jackdaw Studio is seeking a talented and highly motivated mid-level interior designer in London.
This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly, driven and collaborative environment. We have a broad portfolio in workplace and hospitality design and are currently working on a range of exciting London based workplace projects.
We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience in all aspects of delivering projects from planning to construction detailing, has excellent communication skills, strong design and visualisation skills and an eye for detail.
Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop are essential, as is a minimum of five years in practice.
The role would be suited to someone who is interested in delivering innovative design to site and has a hands on approach to the design process.
Essentials:
- minimum five years industry experience
- proven ability to put together technical packs for Tender
- confident with furniture schedules and FF&E
- excellent Vectorworks skills
- good SketchUp skills
- confident with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- ability to take instruction and motivated to take ownership over tasks
- confident to deal directly with clients and contractors
- fluent in both spoken and written English
It would be an advantage to have:
- specific experience in workspace design
- good relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
- interest in Product Design
