Common is a co-living residential company which provides shared living spaces and amenities with private furnished bedrooms. Launched in 2015 by CEO and founder Brad Hargreaves, the company has over 650 members and operates in six cities including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Oakland, Seattle and Washington D.C. The firm is made up of a team of architects, interior designers, engineers, salespeople, marketers and real estate professionals.

Pictured above is Common Racine, a former community centre originally built in 1890, which has been overhauled to include shared living spaces, a wellness studio and gym, home theatre and lounge.
