ACME is seeking an experienced architect or technical architectural designer in London.
ACME is a London-based practice operating in the fields of contemporary architecture, urban planning, interior and product design, working with private, corporate and public clients.
We are looking for an experienced architect or architectural designer to lead the compliance monitoring role in a design and build contract for a large scale coastal development in Wales.
The role would be suitable for someone with 10+ years of experience in the design and delivery of large schemes who is very familiar with building contracts and construction stages and is able to work client-side to ensure that the final product meets the expectations of the practice. The ability and confidence to work within a contractor led environment is essential. There will be a need for occasional UK travel to site.
Shortlisted candidates should bring along samples of work done in similar roles.
We require that candidates are proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite, while a good knowledge of Revit and a valid CSCS is an advantage.
