Senior architect
Cousins & Cousins is looking for a senior architect to join its team in London.
Cousins & Cousins is an award winning London-based practice that works across the residential, commercial, mixed use, public art and cultural sectors. We are seeking an experienced senior architect to join our team with excellent technical, communication and organisational skills and a proven track record in delivering complex residential and commercial projects, ideally from inception to completion.
The successful applicant will have an eye for contemporary design, detail and interiors, be client facing, self-motivated, able to work independently and lead teams through all work stages.
Desired experience includes:
- leading in the delivery and coordination of large, complex projects in the UK
- experience of a range of UK procurement routes
- financial and budget management – both project and practice
- leadership, delivery and procurement with the senior role
- managing teams both internally and externally
- knowledge of Microstation and Revit
Advantageous experience includes:
- contract administration
- experience of conservation and working with listed buildings
Availability for an immediate start would be ideal, but not essential. Experience of working at London-based award-winning practices is advantageous
