Part-III
De Rosee Sa Architects is currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Part-III project architect to join its London office.
We are looking for someone with a creative approach and strong attention to construction detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year’s experience in the UK at a Part-III level on residential projects
Established in 2007, the practice has grown to eight architectural staff, working on architectural and design projects of a variety of scales.
Role:
- manage the day to day running of projects
- communicate design issues and solutions directly to clients
- liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, consultants and local authorities
Skills and attributes:
- proven experience in and a passion for working on residential projects
- thorough knowledge of UK building regulations and planning
- demonstrable experience in technical detailing, construction and preferably job running experience on medium to large scale projects
- excellent Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator skills
- excellent 3D modelling skills – physical and digital
- proficient in Vectorworks, together with knowledge of working in 3D
- thorough and conscientious, with a sensitivity for detail and presentation
- possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- excellent time management skills, and an ability to manage conflicting or multiple deadlines
- be able to work independently and as part of a team
