Dilworth Eliot Studio is looking for a project designer/project architect to join its team in California, USA.
DE+ is a 10-person design driven practice in San Francisco working on civic, commercial and residential projects at various scales. As an emerging firm which prides itself on merging roles and disciplines, DE+ offers great opportunities for professional growth and the opportunity to work on many project types in a flexible start-up office environment.
DE+ is presently looking to fill the following position:
- Project designer/project architect
Preferred candidate has familiarity with institutional, commercial and multi-family project delivery:
- four to six years experience – minimum
- familiarity with commercial and multi-family interiors project types, and delivery modes and systems, especially in California
- strong design/graphic skills
- production experience: minimum of three years. Including understanding of building code, systems, detailing, constructability.
- demonstrable in-depth project experience in Revit is required
Additional qualifications (desired):
- graphics and presentation, specifically Adobe CS (all)
- Bluebeam
- rendering and visualization skills – multiple platforms
- strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- AutoCAD
- experience developing and managing work plans and consultants
