DTSalazar is hiring an owners representative/associate project manager to join its team in San Francisco, USA.
We are hiring a San Francisco-based owners representative with at least five years’ experience in the fields of project management, construction management and/or ultra-high-end residential architecture/real estate development.
As owner’s reps our paramount responsibility is to ensure the success of our clients’ vision. The team will look to you for leadership concerning design, scope definition, cost management, general contractor and subcontractor pre-qualification, schedules and construction.
You will serve as a liaison between the lead project manager and the rest of the project team – architecture, design, construction, estate management and other functions within our clients’ family offices.
The right candidate will be extremely discreet and will enjoy both the fast-paced environment in the field, as well as the tactical and strategic planning time that is required to perform the role successfully.
DTSalazar (DTS) is an owners representation/project management firm specialising in the realisation of aspirational design and construction projects on behalf of visionary and discerning clients.
Candidates must be located in the SF Bay Area and must be authorised to work in the US.
