Grimshaw Architects has an opportunity for a HR assistant to join its practice in London.
Grimshaw Architects are looking for a HR assistant to join its busy team located in Farringdon. The job is fast paced and across all levels of the practice, so this role would suit someone who has experience working in a support role and an interest in HR.
This role will coordinate to the day-to-day delivery of the smooth administrative running of the HR team to provide an efficient and high quality HR service to the London office and other locations as required. Acting as the first point of contact for London staff, they will answer queries in an approachable, accurate and timely manner. The successful candidate will have the ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly, focussing on providing a reliable service to the rest of the practice. They will be highly organised with the ability to multi task and have an eye for detail. They will be aware of when to ask for help and be able to solve problems using their own initiative. We are seeking someone with demonstrable experience working in an similar role using HR Information systems.
