Kuehn Malvezzi is hiring a studio manager to join its team in Berlin, Germany.
Kuehn Malvezzi is an international architectural studio based in Berlin. The focus of our work includes museums, exhibitions and cultural institutions, such as the recently completed Insectarium in Montreal and the interfaith House of One in Berlin. We are an architectural studio with a strong attitude, both architecturally and structurally, largely paperless and with a high standard technical infrastructure.

We are looking for a personality that fits in. We are seeking someone who thinks along, anticipates, structures and takes on both responsible activities and everyday tasks without hesitation; someone who has the desire to contribute with their entire personality. You should have high expectations of the quality of your own work, be motivated and be able to inspire others for their tasks. You complement our team in terms of content and structure through your previous experience and your personal interest in architectural and cultural topics.
The permanent position/full-time (40 hours) will start at the latest in November 2023.
Your tasks:
- independent organisation and processing of all structural and administrative office tasks
- office organisation

Your profile:
- successfully completed education preferably with a cultural and/or management background

- organisational talent, independent and structured way of working, personal initiative
- proficient with Office software (Mac), especially Excel and Word, as well as an above-average understanding of technical contexts and a willingness to learn new software
- excellent skills in written and spoken German and English, furthermore knowledge of French and Italian is highly appreciated
- flexibility, precision and discretion as well as reliability, resilience and a fast comprehension
- friendly and confident communication with colleagues, external partners and clients
We offer you
- a responsible and diversified job
- a central and essential position in an international, creative team
- a long-term perspective in our team
- the opportunity for individual development within the position
