About you:

You will need to demonstrate the following:

  • previous practice experience of one to three years in a similar role
  • strong technical, graphic and 3D modelling skills
  • excellent design, visualisation and presentation skills using a variety of media
  • excellent understanding of UK planning and building regulations
    constructive attitude and desire to make positive change
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • demonstrates commitment to delivering results
  • takes initiative and maintains high standards of performance
  • brings energy and determination to tackle challenges
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

The role:

  • breadth of projects; scale and sector
  • supporting project teams in all areas across a range of projects
  • taking projects from conception to post completion
  • providing excellent technical support
  • producing hand drawn sketches
  • producing detailed drawings and specifications
  • modelling in 3D software (ArchiCAD – training will be provided)
  • producing 3D renders, visualisations and presentations
  • dealing with queries from contractors and other professionals
  • preparing applications for planning and building control
  • site visits
  • project administration tasks including note taking, reporting writing etc
