Part 2 architectural assistant
at Studio Malaqueen
Studio Malaqueen is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 architectural assistant to join its London studio
We are a young architectural practice, looking for someone who wants to manage their own projects and can continue the practice’s ethos of offering a bespoke architectural design service.
We:
- have an ultra-flexible work model – work from wherever you are and meet often with the team in central London
- work on various projects in high end residential properties and bespoke retail spaces
- are a small team, close to our clients
You:
- have Part 2 qualification (or equivalent)
- have strong aesthetic sensibilities and good design skills
- have knowledge of BIM is required (ArchiCAD or Revit)
- have knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape would be a plus
- have excellent graphic skills using Adobe Suite
- have experience in FF&E procurement and sourcing is a plus
- have excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal; knowledge in French will be a plus
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience working in the UK, working in a design-focused practice.
