Pensaer is looking for a project architect to join its team in London, UK.

Full-time, UK-based.

We are looking for an experienced project architect to take the lead in delivering an exciting student residential project within a stunning Grade II Listed Building. From RIBA Stage 1 onwards, you’ll play a key role in this high-profile scheme, blending modern needs with historic charm. For those with a passion for heritage-led design and a drive to overcome technical challenges, this opportunity provides the ideal platform to create a lasting impact.

Key requirements:

• eight plus years’ experience as a project architect, with a proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality projects
• proven expertise in working with listed buildings and expertly navigating planning constraints
• strong technical proficiency, with a focus on RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5 delivery
• a natural leader who excels at managing teams, consultants, and client relationships
• a proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong commitment work ethics
• experience and knowledge of BREEAM and LEED accreditation processes
• proficiency in Revit is essential, Vectorworks 2D skills is preferable
• eligibility to work in the UK is required
