Dwell Design is recruiting a project architect to join its team in Hampshire.
Based in Fareham, Hampshire, dwell design is a chartered architectural practice specialising in bespoke residential schemes, listed buildings, conversions and commercial schemes. We are committed to delivering a holistic architectural response and have a breadth of expertise with many building types working from concept to completion on many projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking project architect, with a minimum of three years post Part 3 experience, with substantial experience with high- end private residential projects.
Other sector experience is also desirable.
Applications must have the following:
- a minimum of three years of work experience with private residential projects. We will also consider applications with other sector experience.
- strong design and detailing skills
- demonstrate the ability to organise and deliver tender packages
- experience of NBS Building, Scheduler, Elmhurst SAP and other technical packages preferred
- working knowledge of the following software is required: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and InDesign
- Revit experience is preferred but not essential
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- previous experience of working with Apple MACs
- permission to work in the UK
- although our office is easily accessed by motorway, with a number of our projects being in rural locations, a car is essential
Key employment terms:
- salary competitive, dependent on experience.
