Kate Feather Kitchen Design is hiring a draftsperson – bespoke kitchen design assistant to join its team in London, UK.
Kate Feather Kitchen Design is a boutique bespoke kitchen company with a beautiful showroom in Teddington, just minutes from Teddington station.
We are seeking an experienced draftsperson to produce detailed technical drawings and 3D visualisation renders for bespoke, high-end kitchen projects. The role involves working closely with designers and to deliver well presented drawings for our clients, workshop and installers.
Requirements:
- strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp (essential)
- understanding of joinery details, hardware and finishes
- basic knowledge of appliances requirements and MEP
Qualities and skills:
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- strong design eye with an appreciation for proportion, detail, and finish
- ability to produce well-presented, clear, and professional drawings
- ability to manage multiple projects independently
- additional software proficiency: Enscape, Layouts, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive
- problem-Solving, ability to think creatively and find solutions to design challenges
- interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable attributes:
- proven experience in bespoke joinery, ideally high-end kitchens
- a passion for interior design and the ability to stay updated with current trends in bespoke kitchen design
- a customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality designs and service

Offer:
- starting salary – £30,000
- full-time five days a week with an option for flexible hours and WFH
- location: 4 Park Road, Teddington, TW11 0AA
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
