Interior project architect

Denton Corker Marshall is seeking an interior project architect to join its team in London.
We are seeking talented and experienced project interior architects for hospitality interior projects. Candidates should have good design sensibilities, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience across all RIBA stages, particularly at detailed design and construction stages. The ideal candidate will have experience in detail co-ordination with the interior design team, ideally from concept stage through to completion and possess hands-on experience with UK-based projects and site work. Experience of working on existing buildings and producing an NBS Specification would be beneficial. The selected candidate will work in the London office and report to the Partner and the Project Associate.

Qualifications and memberships
- ARB-registered Architect preferred
Key responsibilities:
- develop interior design and technical packages using Revit
- coordinate multidisciplinary teams, managing input from consultants and clients
- deliver projects through all RIBA stages
- support the creative vision with practical, buildable solutions reviewed by the project associate
- participate in client project reviews and lead project team members to achieve detailed package information
- support the continual improvement of the practice’s quality management system and contribute to the delivery of high-standard services
Minimum requirements:
- minimum of three to four plus years’ of post-graduate experience in a similar role
- strong project running abilities with proven time management skills
- proven ability to deliver projects from detailed design through to completion, including snagging and defect resolution
- sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and statutory procedures
- excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
- high degree of technical knowledge and commitment to achieving high quality and accurate work
- candidates will need to prove the right to live and work in the UK
Software skills:
- advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
- competent in Microsoft Office applications
