Studio Antoine is seeking a head of purchasing to join its Barcelona office on a full-time basis.

Studio Antoine is an international design studio specialising in refined, high-end residential interiors. Based in Barcelona, the studio delivers projects across London, Paris, Brussels, Spain, Greece and Mexico, and is currently expanding its European portfolio.
The head of purchasing will lead and manage all procurement activities across the studio’s international projects, ensuring efficiency, cost control and alignment with the design vision.
Key responsibilities:
- lead and oversee all purchasing and procurement processes
- source furniture, finishes, materials and suppliers in line with project specifications
- negotiate contracts, pricing and delivery terms with vendors
- manage budgets, cost tracking and procurement schedules
- coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate specifications and timely orders
- monitor production timelines, logistics and deliveries
- build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
- ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements
Requirements:
- proven experience in procurement or purchasing within architecture or interior design
- strong knowledge of furniture, materials and international suppliers
- excellent negotiation and organisational skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- strong communication skills and attention to detail
- fluency in English, Spanish and French is an advantage
