Partisans is hiring a marketing and proposal coordinator to join its team in Toronto, Canada.

We’re seeking a marketing and proposal coordinator with three plus years’ of experience to join our Toronto team to develop proposals, award submissions, publications, and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• find RFP opportunities, competitions, awards, and grants & review regularly with senior staff
• develop and coordinate RFP responses and strategize with senior staff
• maintain and update existing RFP submission resource library and templates
• plan and track award submission opportunities
• develop award submissions and grant applications, coordinating all materials, graphics, submission requirements, and developing written content on your own and in collaboration with senior staff
• develop public-facing marketing materials
• coordinate with media outlets, preparing media packages for publication
• develop printed publications, including writing, graphic design, making print-ready, and coordination with printers
• contribute to the ongoing evolution of the firm’s visual identity and voice across digital and print platforms
• coordinate project photography and videography shoots
• assist with website content updates, case studies, and project pages
• support the development of the firm’s book and special publications
• maintain an organized archive of project images, videos, publications, and media assets

Candidates should have the following skills:

• bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, communications, graphic design, journalism, or a related field
• excellence in writing
• excellence with graphic design including page layouts, presentations, diagrams, and publication design
• strategic mindset
• highly organized and able to manage multiple RFP responses, award submissions and other tasks simultaneously
• stays on top of deadlines & details and plans the process to align with the closing date
• experienced with Adobe CC and Microsoft Office
• professional fluency with multiple languages is an asset
