Architects for Cultural Heritage projects
We are searching for a project architect for a cultural heritage project about to start on site. Working from our studio at Columbia Road, the architect will be a central part of our team and proactively develop details further and conduct site visits.
We are searching for a candidate with strong detailing skills and site experience in the UK. Successful candidates should have experience in all RIBA stages of a project, demonstrate strong design skills, be positive and responsible and be open to running projects independently with support from Senior Associate / Director.
Essential skills:
- candidate one must be RIBA Part III qualified 5+ years and ARB registered
- must have worked across all RIBA stages of a project in the UK
- interest in heritage & conservation, transformation & environmental design
- CAD skills essential
- attention to details and able to check and correct own work
- ability to multitask, structured and able to work to deadlines
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication skills
