About Studio Ore
Studio Ore designs and hand-finishes luxury brass taps, showers and architectural hardware. Designed in Britain and made in our workshop in northern Italy, every piece is made to order and finished by hand.
We work directly with architects, interior designers and homeowners around the world. Our products are made from brass, bronze and nickel, with living finishes designed to age naturally over time. As Studio Ore grows internationally, we are looking for a Product Manager to help manage our product range, support new product development and act as a key link between our London team and our production facility in Italy.
The role
This is a hands-on product role covering product development, range management, production coordination, technical information, quality, launches and product improvement.
You will work closely with the founders, design, production, sales, marketing and customer teams to ensure Studio Ore products are developed, documented, launched and maintained to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and interested in beautifully made physical products.
Responsibilities
Product development and range management:
- support the development of new taps, showers, accessories and architectural hardware
- manage product timelines from concept through to launch
- coordinate samples, prototypes, testing and production feedback
- maintain accurate product information, specifications and pricing
- review the existing product range and identify improvements, gaps and opportunities
- support decisions around finishes, configurations, components and product options
Production coordination:
- act as a key point of contact between the London office and the Italian production facility
- coordinate product updates, technical queries and production requirements
- track development progress, sample status, lead times and production issues
- work with the workshop to resolve product, quality or supply challenges
- ensure product changes are clearly communicated across the business
Product information and technical documentation:
- maintain product specifications, installation instructions, technical drawings and supporting documents
- ensure product information is accurate across the website, sales tools, quotations and internal systems
- work with sales and customer teams to answer product and specification queries
- support the creation of product training materials for internal teams and showrooms
Quality and product improvement:
- monitor product feedback, returns, technical issues and recurring customer questions
- work with production and internal teams to identify root causes and improvements
- support quality control processes and product sign-off
- help ensure every Studio Ore product reflects the standard expected of a premium brand
Launches and commercial support:
- work with marketing and sales teams on new product launches
- coordinate launch assets, product samples, specifications and internal briefings
- support showroom displays, product selections and sample requirements
- help ensure products are presented clearly and accurately to architects, designers and clients
Requirements:
- two plus years’ experience in product management, product development, production coordination, project management or a similar role
- experience working with physical products, ideally within interiors, hardware, bathrooms, furniture, lighting, luxury goods or manufacturing
- strong organisational and project management skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to manage technical information, product data and documentation
- comfortable working with suppliers, manufacturers or workshops
- strong communication skills across internal teams and external partners
- commercial awareness and understanding of premium customer expectations
- proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and project management tools
Desirable:
- Italian language skills
- experience working with Italian manufacturers or suppliers
- knowledge of brassware, bathrooms, plumbing products, architectural hardware or interiors
- experience with technical drawings, specification sheets or installation documentation
- understanding of product launches, merchandising or showroom displays
- experience in luxury, design, architecture or premium consumer products
