We are looking for someone who can think strategically while taking ownership of delivery, identifying opportunities, developing compelling narratives, managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with clients, media and industry partners.
Key responsibilities

- support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their skills and ensure alignment with wider marketing priorities
PR, media and content:
- develop and manage a proactive international PR strategy, building strong relationships with key journalists, editors, publications, media and industry organisations
- identify compelling stories around Sybarite’s projects, expertise, people and thought leadership and translate these into effective press and editorial opportunities
- work closely with clients and project partners to coordinate project communications, messaging, launch plans, timings and approvals
- manage press enquiries, interviews, project information, imagery and other supporting materials
- lead the creation of marketing content including project case studies, credentials, presentations, portfolios and pitch materials

- manage architectural and interior project photography from planning through to final delivery, including appointing photographers, developing briefs and shot lists, coordinating logistics and overseeing image selection and retouching
- ensure photography, drawings, renders, films, project information and credits are collected, approved and available for press, awards, publications, digital channels and new business
- maintain Sybarite’s project asset library, including OpenAsset, ensuring materials remain accurate, organised and accessible
Digital and social media:
- oversee Sybarite’s presence across Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence
- manage content production and publishing for WeChat and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), tailoring communications for Chinese audiences while maintaining Sybarite’s global positioning
- develop and manage content calendars aligned with project launches, campaigns, events, awards and business priorities
- monitor engagement and audience performance and use insights to continually improve digital content and reach
Events, awards and thought leadership:
- lead marketing-led events and collaborate with the New Business Development team on conferences, trade missions, speaking opportunities, panel discussions and client-facing events
- identify relevant industry events, partnerships and speaking opportunities that can strengthen Sybarite’s profile in priority sectors and markets
- develop and manage Sybarite’s annual awards strategy, overseeing submissions, written entries, imagery, supporting materials, approvals and deadlines
- lead strategic marketing and thought-leadership initiatives, including industry reports, research projects, editorial content and collaborative campaigns
- identify and manage relationships with research partners, contributors, clients, institutions and other external collaborators
- develop launch and promotional strategies that extend thought leadership across press, digital channels, events and new business activity

- work closely with the new business development team to develop tailored portfolios, case studies and credentials for specific opportunities
- support the development of pitch narratives, presentations and positioning strategies
- conduct relevant market and industry research to inform new business activity and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships
- ensure marketing activity remains closely aligned with Sybarite’s commercial objectives and international growth strategy
