Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Goldrose Sharpe Developments is looking for an experienced Part 1 architectural assistant to join our team in London for a 6-month contract.
You will play a key role in working on an exciting new residential project consisting of 7 self-contained flats. You will work across both the planning application stage and the production of a full construction drawing package, collaborating closely with our lead architect, internal project teams, and external consultants.
Key responsibilities:
- assisting in the preparation and submission of a comprehensive planning application for a 7-flat residential scheme
- producing detailed construction drawing packages and technical details
- collaborating daily with the lead architect, project managers, and the wider development team to ensure design intent and buildability align
- maintaining precise Revit models and project documentation
Requirements and skills:
- Revit experience: *MUST HAVE* Proven experience using Revit on real-world projects within a professional practice environment is essential.
- Software proficiency: high level of competence in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop
- communication: excellent verbal and written English, with strong communication skills to liaise clearly across multidisciplinary teams
- experience: completed RIBA Part 1 (or equivalent) with relevant professional experience gained in an architectural practice or development firm
- attributes: proactive, organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment
