Twelve Architects is looking for a senior architect to join its practice in London to lead projects in Russia.
Twelve Architects is an award winning international architectural practice based in London. Founded in 2012, we are a growing practice and have delivered medium to large scale landmark projects with a combined construction value of over £1 billion.
Job tasks and main responsibilities:
Design ability: Lead the design development of projects. Assemble and develop design packages of information, including both 3D models and renderings and scaled 2D drawings. Excellent use of a range of design packages including REVIT, Solaris, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, PhotoShop.
Information and workload management: Work within allotted time and achieve deadlines. Take responsibility for leading the project team and coordination and production of design packages/deliverables within a project.
Information and inter-professional communication: Lead project team, consultant and client discussions.
Professionalism and client relationships: Communicate clearly and professionally with consultants, contractors, and clients when required; facilitate briefing and user consultation; lead the assembly, preparation and delivery of client presentations and documents.
Office contribution and awareness: Contribute actively and enthusiastically to office discussion and the general office environment; take a lead role in the organisation of team resourcing and project reporting.
Requirements:
- CEFR Level C1 or equivalent in Russian and English (writing and speaking)
- senior architect with 7-10 years’ experience
- capable to lead large scale projects in Russia (airports, retail, residential)
- take responsibility and work independently
- excellent design and communication skills
- experience of designing and delivering large scale projects through all the design and construction stages
- experience in a design-led international architecture practice
- UK Masters in architecture
Salary offer: 35k to 40k per annum.
