Bradley Van Der Straeten Architects is looking for a Part 3 qualified architect to join its London practice.
You would be joining our practice at a very exciting time as we embark on delivery of some of our most unique and exciting projects to date. We specialise in one-off bespoke residential and community projects across the London area.
We’re seeking to recruit a talented and motivated new member to join our team of designers. You will be the central point of contact on building projects from tender through to practical completion. Alongside some potential work in the earlier design stages, you will mainly be responsible for managing the tender and tender analysis process and contract administration during construction; attending site and liaising with client and contractors. You will be a strong problem solver and responsible for ensuring our designs are delivered as intended, maintaining and protecting the design vision for the project.
Skills required:
- experience running project budgets and undertaking cost analysis
- knowledge of JCT contract administrations
- confident communicator including experience being client facing
