Swiss studio Christian & Gantenbein has been named Architect of the Year at Dezeen Awards 2018. The firm is looking for a Revit office to join its team in Basel, Switzerland.
For this role you will have completed a degree in architecture, have at least four-six years of solid Revit experience in all phases of the project (from pre-project to realisation) and are on the way to master the Revit program at the expert level.
As Revit office manager, you are responsible for the development and professionalisation of the Revit-BIM office structure in collaboration with the associates and project managers, the team and external specialists. They report to the associates in charge and the management. You will help with the project set-up and, in close coordination with the respective project leaders, lead the Revit-BIM team responsible colleagues.
You will out internal training courses and also feel the need to constantly develop and train. You will develop the appropriate structures and guidelines for the project leaders and project teams, and also assist with the solution of ad-hoc issues. You will be able to take on a task, structure it independently, prioritise and process it. You will appreciate the liveliness of a creative environment and are highly flexible in daily use. You will combine a high level of abstraction and a technical and constructive understanding with pronounced application and parameterisation capabilities with the Revit program. You will have a passion for the emergence of architecture and its representation.
You value sharing across the boundaries of each project and believe that knowledge grows when shared. You communicate – also with external experts – very securely, at any time in accordance with the target group.
Very good German language skills (oral and written) as well as secure English skills are required. Knowledge of Solibri (optional: Navisworks, Dynamo, Enscape) and/or dRofus is a plus.
