Part 2 architectural assistant

Innes Associates is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its London office on a short-term contract.
Salary: negotiable
Innes Associates is a lively and flourishing practice that is planning to grow. We are looking for ambitious and talented candidates with enthusiasm and technical proficiency for a short-term architect assistant (Part 2) role. Position expected to be for three months, extension possible subject to workload, starting early January 2019. Projects are for two new and refurbished schools in North London.
Successful candidates will be part of a committed, friendly and creative team and involved in developing design work to a high standard for RIBA Stages 3 and 4. They will be able to demonstrate skills in drawing and modelling, enthusiasm and a commitment to teamwork.
Required experience and skills:
- proficiency in AutoCAD
- strong technical skill, familiarity with UK planning and building regulations
- excellent spoken and written English
Desired skills:
- Revit
- InDesign
