Lead graphic designer
at WRNS Studio
California-based firm WRNS Studio is hiring a lead graphic designer to join its office in San Francisco.
We are looking for a lead graphic designer with 10-15 years of experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, or interior design.
The graphic designer will be a leader within WRNS Studio’s eight-person communications and marketing team, with responsibility for supporting the firm’s four offices: San Francisco, New York, Seattle, and Honolulu. The role involves design management to help amplify and ensure consistency of WRNS Studio’s brand. The position is based in WRNS Studio’s San Francisco office.
Responsibilities and duties:
- lead the design of proposals, qualifications, and awards packages
- develop presentations and print materials for client-facing interviews and conferences
- oversee image assets
- evolve and manage firm-wide templates
- create and oversee the maintenance of marketing and communications collateral: press kits, project sheets, brochures, resumes
- create specialty publications, e.g. books
- manage the work of a junior graphic designer
Qualifications:
- past experience in a graphic design role producing both print and digital materials
- advanced proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- excellent communications skills
- strong skills with graphic layout and presentation
- ability to work on multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work overtime
- commitment to high quality work and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree
