OLI Architecture is seeking a project designer/architect to join its team in New York, USA.
OLI Architecture is an award winning architecture practice specializing in civic and institutional projects around the world. OLI Architecture espouses a culture of open collaboration with an eye not only to the theoretical conceptualization of each individual project, but equal care in the discipline of local construction methodologies and the built environment.
We are looking for experienced architects to join a team of talented design professionals to work on design and documentation of civic, healthcare and cultural projects. Candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience in construction documentation with a passion for design, detailing and resolving custom design solutions for construction.
Candidate must be a good collaborator, have a mature understanding of project phases and construction documentation and high proficiency in Rhino and other 3D visualization tools. Revit proficiency and prior experience in construction administration a plus.
Provide CV and portfolio of personal and professional work no larger than 10MB total. Clearly identify role in each collaborative or professional project and representations.
