Sella Concept is seeking a senior interior designer to join its team in London.
Sella Concept is a London-based studio that has a fully integrated approach in designing commercial spaces and experiences for clients worldwide.
We specialise in shaping environments and atmospheres that engage and inspire their users. The studio provides a full spectrum of design services to commercial clients, spanning from interiors and set design to visual identity and branding.
Immersed in the art, design and hospitality world and with a sharp focus on consumer behaviour, we conceive engaging retail spaces, workspaces, restaurants, bars and hotel projects worldwide.
Our goal is to shape environments and experiences that transport and inspire. Our approach is dedicated, personal and creative.
We are looking to expand our team with a key member to work on exciting new London and international projects to work alongside the directors to deliver these with a very creative yet strong technical understanding.
Key skills:
- an experienced interior designer or interior architect in the hospitality industry
- well versed in commercial projects with a deep knowledge of all associated regulations and processes
- ability to deliver a project across all stages from pitch, concept to completion on site
- passionate about design and influenced by many other disciplines
- a perfectionist eye and able to deliver technical drawings and tender packages
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- ability to organise projects and manage junior team members
- excellent skills in; AutoCAD/Adobe Suite/Cinema 4D/Vectorworks/Hand sketching
- Rhino or SolidWorks are not necessary but beneficial
- ability to manage project timelines and budgets with a strong financial network of budget costings
- strong network of craftsmen and material suppliers
- confident to speak to clients, contractors and suppliers and ready to take responsibility
- a high level of interest and knowledge of sustainable materials and processes
- creative approach to create concept presentations and storyboarding
