Part 1 Architectural Assistant

KKM Architects is seeking an enthusiastic Part 1 architectural assistant to join its team in London due to an increased workload.
You, as a successful candidate, will work within a team in our relaxed and creative West Hampstead office and contribute to projects ranging in scale across a variety of sectors, namely residential and mixed-use. We operate an open studio system where all are involved in developing the design throughout the design process. You will be working on a range of exciting projects under close supervision of the project architects.

What we are looking for:
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- excellent presentation skills and design flair that is evident in a well-presented portfolio of work
- proficiency in VectorWorks (we are happy to offer additional training, but candidates must at least have a good working understanding of the programme), SketchUp and Adobe Suite
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of rendering packages, such as V-Ray, is helpful
- previous experience is preferable
Your responsibilities will include:
- assisting the team with the daily running of the business
- assisting project architects with project deliveries
- creation of relevant documents to support planning applications
This is a full-time position.
