Landscape architect
at R-LA
R-LA is seeking a landscape architect to join its practice in London.
We are looking for a passionate landscape architect with great graphic skills, experience in hard and soft landscape detailing and the ability to resolve design constraints in a creative manner.
You will be a landscape architect with three to four years’ experience in a UK landscape architecture studio.
Your wide-ranging responsibilities will include managing commercial projects, delivering planning application design packages, detailed construction design, attending construction sites, liaising with clients and the design team and manage internal processes to deliver projects to tight deadlines.
Software expertise:
- AutoCAD essential (Revit would be an advantage)
- Adobe Suite essential
- SketchUp essential
- Vectorworks
Required skills:
- excellent written and spoken English
- demonstrable technical construction design ability
- UK planting species knowledge
- excellent knowledge of relevant UK building regulations
- creative design flair from sketch concepts to technical detailing
We work in a supportive and creative modern studio environment in the heart of Clerkenwell’s design quarter.
Position: permanent
Salary: very competitive for the right candidate
