Landmass London, an award-winning residential interior designer and developer based in Soho, have an opportunity for a highly experienced senior interior designer to join their central London office to work on high-end residential projects. To be considered you must be competent in managing interior design projects from initial concepts through to completion and have experience of managing a small team.
We are looking for applicants who are experienced in working in High-End London residential property, as well as being meticulous, passionate and knowledgeable, you will have a proven track record in transforming ideas into tangible, beautiful interiors. Ideally with a degree in interior design/interior architecture, your experience will cover pitching to potential clients and producing presentations, submitting planning applications, leading the consultant team, coordinating the design alongside project managers and keeping clients informed throughout the design and construction process.
You’ll have on-site experience and be able to think on your feet, we need you to have the ability to come up with solutions on site if problems arise. As well as a good and clear understanding of financial side of projects you should have great IT skills including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
