Client manager
Charles Burnand has an opportunity for a client manager to join its busy London studio.

Charles Burnand designs and manufactures lighting and furniture for the best interior designers and architects in the world.
We are looking for a client manager experienced in the high-end interiors industry to join a company that’s committed to giving designers and their clients the most beautiful pieces for their home.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- manage all aspects of client sales from the initial lead/enquiry all the way through to delivery and installation
- liaise with clients at our showroom, on site and over the phone or email
- process client orders through our systems, working with suppliers to deliver on time and on budget
- contribute to the generation and improvement of our sales and procurement processes
- as an integral member of our team, be passionate about all aspects of running the showroom, such as liaising with “walk-in” customers, opening and closing duties, maintaining the standards of visual merchandising and in the office
What we’re looking for:
- a candidate who shares our design philosophy
- a strong understanding of the importance of meticulous attention to detail
- a good understanding of function and form
- knowledge of interior finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures
- experience with client management, schedules and budgets from individual purchases to residential projects
- great communication skills with the ability to work in a small, energetic and enthusiastic team
- computer skills beyond the basics
- excellent personal and professional presentation
- a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role

- salary: £30,000-£40,000, depending on experience

Location: Charles Burnand Showroom – Marylebone, London
Hours: 9am-6pm; the showroom is open Monday-Saturday and you will be required to work some Saturdays (5-6 a year).
Contract: full-time – 40 hours
