The Midnight Club is seeking a project manager to join its agency in London.
The company
Launched in 2017, The Midnight Club is an alternative, independent creative agency based in Old Street, east London. The club, which consists of 30-plus individuals, specialises in original 360 concepts that infiltrate and influence the full marketing spectrum.
The role
Under the supervision of a concept lead and/or a producer, our suitable candidate would be working to ensure every stage of a project is well communicated and run smoothly. Projects include retail installations, set builds and physical activations, as well as day to day production within our studio. They would be joining a medium-sized team in a challenging, exciting and creative environment. We are looking for someone with experience working within a creative production studio, ideally within retail design and build.
Responsibilities would include:
- managing budgets and finances for multiple projects at one time
- liaising with internal production teams and outsourced suppliers
- ensuring projects are produced and delivered on time
- creating coherent and thorough project timelines and schedules
- producing detailed costings, adhering to agreed budgets
- working between TMC studio team and suppliers to realise renders
- consistent quality control of output from both in-house and outsourced suppliers
Our ideal candidate must have:
- minimum of two years’ previous experience working in a retail design/studio/agency
- an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- an understanding of how to build and manage complex budgets
- an understanding of manufacturing techniques and materials, with technical knowledge of how things are made
- a keen interest in sportswear, fashion and retail
- organised and methodical with high attention to detail and time management skills
